We get it. Choosing the right orthodontist is a big deal. You don’t want just anyone messing with your smile. Dr. Lewis is one of the best orthodontist in Edmond, Oklahoma. She takes into consideration your specific smile needs in order to achieve your best smile as well as your facial aesthetics. For her, it’s not about just getting her patients the fastest results, it’s about doing it the right way from the start. To do that, Dr. Lewis gets to know all of her patients, taking the time to get to know each one.
When it comes to knowing her stuff, Dr. Lewis is one of the best. After earning her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, she went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1999. Then, it was off to Chicago where she completed her general practice residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. While there she worked as a general dentist in private practice for two years. Yet, Dr. Lewis wanted to know more. So, she continued her education and earned her Master of Science in orthodontics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. And before moving back to Oklahoma, she worked as a private-practice orthodontist in Richmond, Virginia.
To say that Dr. Lewis, a board-certified orthodontist in the Oklahoma City area, is seriously dedicated to continuing her education in all forms of patient care, would be an understatement. As the leader of the local Spear Study Club, which focuses on all the latest techniques, materials and aesthetic changes in dentistry, Dr. Lewis is constantly researching and learning in order to ensure she’s always providing the best and fastest treatment for her patients.
Dr. Lewis and her husband have three children: two daughters, Allison and Macy, and a son, Garrett. In her free time, Dr. Lewis enjoys golfing, going for walks, working out, reading, and traveling with her family. In her spare time, Dr. Lewis serves with her husband on the national Young Life Alumni and Friends advisory team.
I joined Lewis Orthodontics November of 2018 and am new to Orthodontics. I spent most of my career with Marriott International in various management roles; always striving to develop teams that provided the highest levels of customer service. My role at Lewis Orthodontics is to help Dr. Lewis focus on delivering the best patient care by ensuring the business aspects are efficient and focused on giving you our best each visit.
I moved to Edmond in 2009 from California with my husband and our two children. We spend our free time at swim meets and football games. We enjoy the movies and traveling to new places.
I love helping people and providing the best patient care. I enjoy getting to know our patients and seeing the end result and those beautiful smiles. I have been married for 23 years and have two beautiful children. I love the outdoors, snow skiing, and spending time with my family and pets.
I absolutely love working with people. I have been in sales for around 8 years and am very customer service oriented. I moved to Oklahoma from Mississippi with my 2 daughters and we are enjoying every minute being here. Our patients are amazing, I enjoy assisting them in getting started on their journey to a beautiful, confident smile.
I have been a Dental Assistant for 5 years. I love being in the clinic and having interaction with patients in a fast paced environment. I was a patient of Dr. Lewis’ before joining the team and my results were awesome! In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my daughter, hunting, fishing and everything outdoors.
I have been an orthodontic assistant since 2016, and have recently become a part of the Lewis Orthodontics family. I love having a positive effect on someone’s transformation, either physically, emotionally, or mentally. Helping create a smile is very heartening. When I’m not helping with smiles I’m reading, spending time with my husband, or playing with our dogs Sarge (puppy) and Maya (7 years old).
I manage our CRM, marketing, hiring, video production, website management and all outreach programs. Before joining Lewis Orthodontics on a full-time basis I spent my career in religious and secular non profit work. In my free time I like to fly fish and read history books. I am involved in ministry at First Presbyterian Church where I teach classes and serve as the back up drummer in the worship band. One more fun fact about me is that I have been married to Dr. Lewis since 1996.

The feeling of confidence you get from having a great smile is priceless. Getting treatment to get that perfect smile isn’t. That’s why we go out of our way to make sure everyone who wants an amazing smile can afford it. That’s why before we begin any treatment we work with you to find the right treatment for not only your specific smile goals but your budget, too. Because for us, there’s nothing we want more than for you to be 100% happy with your treatment and your end results.
Orthodontic care can be expensive. We offer affordable payment plans designed to work with your budget. Not only that, we also accept all major credit cards and debit cards, too. Sadly, we do not accept magic tricks or hot air balloon rides in exchange for treatment.
Dental insurance is awesome. And if you’ve got it, use it! Dental insurance can greatly offset the cost of treatment. That’s why we give you a complimentary benefits check at your free consultation. We also accept and file for most dental insurance plans. Plus, our trained Smile Team is always happy to assist with dental insurance claims. Need help insurance paperwork? We’ve got you. Have questions about insurance claims or coverage? We’re here. All we want to do is make your life easier. So, just ask us.
Dr. Lewis grew up in this community and even went to school at Edmond Memorial High School. So, for her, it’s always been important to support our communities local schools and programs – especially those that give back to kids.
